Damp control premiums at regional level<\/h3>

Sometimes the groundwater level in the soil is higher than your basement floor. The water then finds its way inside through the floor or walls. This is known as seepage, and it causes a persistent moisture problem that can affect both your basement and the rest of your home. <\/p>

If you have this problem fixed, the municipality of Herent can reimburse up to 50% of the costs, and in certain cases, even more. <\/p>
